Firstly when I arrived with my two year old little boy, we went in to the area for smaller children.there was children in there clearly to old for that area smacking eachother with the objects in that area, we had to move from that area because my little boy didn’t like that. No staff present to tell them to come out. Secondly, where is the staff ? Older children pushing the wiggle cars down the slide and neatly knocked my little boy over. And to top it all of, a member of staff was very rude to me when I asked them to let me out of the gate they said “I’m serving someone your have to wait” Really unpleased with our visit today and won’t be returning.
