I live in okeechobee Florida in the country but only 30 miles from the coast where it is a pretty big city (Stuart,Palm City with in 50 miles of West Palm Beach ) my bill is $175 a month and my internet barely ever works. My children need it nowadays especially with COVID to do school work and we are paying way more then most people for a service that is terrible it only works pretty good around 3 to 6 am . I called to complain and they just told me to keep calling because the more people that call from a certain area they raise the strength of signal to that area. Idk what to do Ive tried other providers and they arent much better User's recommendation: Contact local government to get something done for people in rural areas.
