Prepaid for Silhouette Cameo Pro in March, didn't receive product until mid June. Set it up. On my first cut realized there is a problem with auto-blade. Negative vinyl not weeding properly, letters not separating well. Tried different material - still issues. Thought I'd give them a call. No customer support phone number only for Argentina, Australia and Belarus. Went to their "instant" chat, no response, waiting on email. This is a $600+ product. Information on how to use it is scattered and all over the place. So disappointed in this. User's recommendation: Not for this price and with customer care like this and QA problems.
