6/24/2021 Work Order [protected] - Agents don't speak English and are not helpful. Very condescending. Refused to contact more than one vendor or one in the local area regarding scheduling appointment. The Vendor contacted was 2 hours away from location, and could not schedule an appointment for 4 days. Issue: expansion tank and hot water tank cracked 50 gallons of water flooded basement. 6/25/2021, Vendor Johnson HVAC contacted us not AHS to say they where assigned only available date to schedule 6/28/2021, between 10-2p arrived at 549pm. Tech advised all needs replacement but AHS need 48hours to approve. New date of replacement 6/30/2021 between 10-2pm. We spoke to 7 different agents from AHS no one could escalate issue to a manager or provide names or phone number to Supervisor or Executive Offices. All AHS agents are scripted and phony and DON"T Speak English.
