I came to the ER 3:30 in the morning after falling down the steps in excruciating pain The waiting room is empty I was taken back fast but I sat in the room for 2 and a 1/2 hours before anyone even Saw me And I started to complain and all I heard was one excuse after another about why I wasn't being seen this place is changed for the worse. It seems like nobody really cares.
