Excessive time frame for delivery

I placed a phone order on or about April 29 for a hardcover book "Best tips and projects 2019." It is a gift for my son and he still has not received it. No one is able to tell me when an expected delivery time is. If it wasn't a gift I would have cancelled the order when I spoke with a "customer service" representative. Still waiting.
