I rented a car from Enterprise Rent a Car in Marshall. I was telling Tanner and a lady working there my situation of why I was renting a vehicle. The young lady came around the partition to tell me she had bought two cars and told me to go and see. Tanner gave me Damien's name at Enterprise Car Sales in Shreveport. He called and explained that he heard I was interested and wanted to give me a call to let me know he was here when I was interested. He went on vacation and Allen called to follow up. About two weeks later I was ready to purchase a vehicle and went to Shreveport were Damien gave exceptional service and Tinh was a fabulous financial manager. The whole experience was above and beyond what I expected. Way better than going to a car dealership. I will continue to use Enterprise Car Sales in Shreveport in the future.
