I called CS to ask about shipping times and inventory status and a rep was extremely helpful and even had spec sheets for our contractor ready to go. Our vanity arrived 4 days before the estimated delivery and ListVanities emailed us updates, tracking info, and instructions, the entire timeline after our purchase.
