I bid on an item and won the package was very well packed for safe travel. MY item took a while as they were running behind but it was worth the wait. I called to see where my item was and everyone I talked to had a very professional attitude and pleasant to talk with and try to help. My opinion of Morphy is that it is excellent auction house
