I tried applying for the visa thru the link you sent but I do not meet all the criteria to apply for an e-Visa. Also, it was mandatory that I choose to apply for a Turkish Visa through your platform when I was booking my flight. So, please refund me my USD 59 the soonest because I have already initiated my application here in Dubai through the official agency of the Turkish Consulate.
