Every time I try to watch I will get a message that says air and playback please try again

So I'm getting ready to watch the Charlo fight and I'm never had any problems with showtime in the 3 years I've been subscribed to you now all of a sudden every time that I try and watch my sports programs it'll say air and playback even while watching live TV I have already deleted the app reinstalled it I cleared the ache I've signed in I've signed out I've shut my router on and off and it still continues to do it. I would like a refund for this month or a free month until this problem is solved
