BOYCOTT AETNA was given misleading info at time of renewal about costs of drugs, under my plan. Agents on the phone in some foreign country, spend most of their time saying I APOLOGIZE as they give no valid excuses for the conduct of AETNA ! Worthless and False apologies are no solutions to FRAUD and LIES ! Realize this before becoming involved with them ! User's recommendation: AVOID AETNA.
