I bought one of these after my daughter said how good it was a helped relaxing at night. However, mine has never worked properly but by the time I realised that, I had obviously thrown the packaging away. I have only had this about a month, it does not puff out the mist, the light comes on occasionally, then nothing happens with the mist. This item cost £10.00 which was a treat for me, but I've been left thoroughly disappointed with it and wishing I could get a refund.
