Hi, my eSpring unit is repeating the beeping sound while the cartridge bar is utilised 1 bar out of 4 bars. This issue happened since 2020, and I sent back to Amway service centre and managed to get replace of 2 units of new cartridge. And, was informed the beeping sound was due to the cartridge problem. However, after changing the new cartridge for less than 6 months, the beeping sound come again 3 weeks ago. And IT IS SO ANNOYING! Please may I know how the customer service can assist to resolve this issue asap. Thanks!
