I no longer want to include or want you to pay my insurance or city property tax. I no longer want you to manage my escrow account or pay escrow actions for me. I will complete those actions myself. I requested this action in Jan-Apr 21. However, the matter has not been resolved. I will not pay Freedom Mortgage $1,800 (est'd mthy payment) in May 21, due to my request to end the agreement of paying my escrow. Please stop all actions now. I will only pay an estimated $1,300, for my May 21, mortgage payment. Please send my escrow refund to me. Thank you in advance. To ensure they are not charged for errors committed by Freedom Mortgage, Insurance Companies, and City state taxes.
