I took the GRE exam in September 27th 2020. In the middle of my exam an error message appeared telling me to contact the administration. When I tried to talk to my proctor she had already disconnected. I contact the proctor U website, and they told me to contact the ETS to ask for refund. I have sent several e-mails and the live chat and I've got no answer. When I entered the live chat I had to wait 56 people and when my turn came it said that there was no one to answer me (which took me 2 hours in line). In summary, I have spent $205 in an exam that I couldn't finish for their mistake and I've got no answer about it. User's recommendation: Do not take any exam offered by ETS.
