It just blows my mind that Discovery+ provides NO customer service! That is just terrible! I was getting the error message on my TV that I was not connected to the Internet even though I was connected to the Internet. I unplugged my TV and that error message went away but now I am getting Error Code: 0C-C009 and it says to "Please log in and try again". I've tried to do this but I can't find where to log in.There is no place to do it. I went to your website and it says to remove the application so I removed it on my phone and re-installed it but I am still getting this same error message. I can watch discovery+ on my phone but I can't watch it on my TV and I do not want to watch it on my phone! I have no clue how to uninstall it on my TV and how to reinstall it or how to log in. Since you provide NO customer service I called my carrier AT&T V-verse for help and they can't even help me. I don't know what to do. If you don't help me the only choice I have is to cancel my subscription since you provide NO customer service! PLEASE HELP!!! Constance Hix [protected]
