Update by user Aug 08, 2021 I called them today it was a 2 minute hold time. As soon as I connected with the CSR agent and said I needed a refund, I was transferred back into the queue where I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes and then hung up! My itinerary number is 919218****932. Your agent...
