I purchased the Epson ET 15000 in December of 2020, within two months of having the printer the drivers and spooling went out on the printer, I was sent a replacement, within two months of having the replacement printer the drivers and spooling went out on the replacement printer. This printer is by no means a cheap printer this is totally unacceptable that every two months the printer stops working and disrupts my business. Luckily I added the warranty otherwise I would be out of a lot of money, I will never purchase a Epson product again.
