I agreed to buy a new till screen for my business, it arrived fine but the day it arrived I was informed that my business was going to be turned into a building site so obviously I would no longer have a pub to run, I asked if I could return as hadn't even took it out of the box, only to be ignored and just told sorry we don't do refunds, was also told my first month free but the money was taken from my account, I've tried taking to people only to be fobed of and no help I was told that it was in-returnable
