I was interested in buying a property from damac. I was asked to pay a refundable 20, 000 aed as EOI. When given final offer, the flat price was 600k higher than our discussed rates. Damac then showed us another flat, that turned out to be sold to someone else. We applied for refund since 3 month and mailed 15 times or more with no response or refund. Filed a complaint to DLD who requested Damac to refund payment, but with no luck.What else can one do?Damac is a terrible company, a mafia of dishonest agents hungry to steal your money. Regards
