To whom this may concern, I am writing this complaint regarding the management in Environmental services. There needs to be better management and professionalism. There needs to be a workshop or training seminar on professionalism, respect and better management regarding housekeeping. Huddle meetings need to be at least 15 minutes max without any interruptions. The new duty list that is located in the EVS closets and on the carts need to be updated and realistic. Employees should 2-3 discharges max and the staff needs to stop calling employees close to and on their breaks regarding a discharge room. The 3-2 special nursery needs to have a backup key because that key comes up missing a lot. When employees are getting fit tested that information needs to go on file, so that they do not have to continue to get fit tested.
