I paid for this home warranty and I should have gone with my gut initially!! They promised all the appliances, water heater etc were covered the address was incorrect on contract as well as the information initially provided by Ryan Boyd (the sales rep). I submitted a claim for water heater and was told a service guy would come out then in a few min later after the call I get an email that says it's not covered??!! It clearly is a breech of contract and I want my money back or else there will be ramifications. I was sold a crap of goods and with the address being incorrect the contract should now be null and void. These are scammers and I would file complain and possible class action lawsuit against this company for lying to clients. They take your money and do nothing!!! Calling sales dept is easy they pick up quick it try calling in for a claim. A totally different story altogether!!
