QSee has a "New" paid support set of plans and will not help you outside of warranty anymore unless you pay for a plan. Conveniently (/s) when our warranty was up, the ability to remote view stopped working (we did not change anything with our router/modem setup). Their lackluster support hasn't changed, we just have to pay for the lousy support now. :/
