Enhorbitant prices for poor quality and $50 increase in one year

Update by user Jan 02, 2020 My bill went up again. Do they purposely target people who complain about their shoddy service? Retaliate against those who complain? Then they should make a better product. Price is too high for intermittent and poor service. Original review posted by user Nov 02, 2019 I became a Midco customer in October 2018. Since that time, I constantly receive internet delays and at times I have NO internet. Upon a suggestion from a Midco tech, I had to purchase Netgear to boost my internet. I also have problems with the TV intermittently stopping. My monthly statement has steadily increased and within one year, the price increase is $50. Techs are nice, but products are VERY POOR
