Enabled me to make a booking at a restaurant that isn’t even open

I recently made a restaurant reservation at the Watermans in Richmond, London. I was sent an email to confirm. I was also sent a text message and charged to respond to the text message to confirm my attendance at the restaurant. Only to turn up and find the restaurant firmly locked up and a sign on the door saying it didn't open until 21st June. There is no easy contact or complaints function on OpenReach website or app to question this. I have been very diligent in turning up at restaurant and pub reservations as they are so in need of business as they reopen. Shame that OpenTable doesn't have the same respect for customers.
