Employees can’t ( won’t) speak English.

After your re-set ( AGAIN!) I couldnt find anything. Asked 3 Vons employees for help, one of which was a checker, & none of these Spanish-speaking employees working with the public, spoke enough English to help me ! They couldnt ( or wouldnt) understand me. Very frustrating. User's recommendation: Require all employees to speak English when working with English-speaking customers & working with the public.
