on 2/24 i went online to check my emerald card balance, and saw my account was missing $400 from a online transfer that I didn't make! i was outraged, I called emerald card customer service number on the back of the card, (Big mistake) thy said it was a online transfer made from an unknown external source!!! i told them that was an unauthorized transfer i didn't make, i don't have any bank accounts linked to emerald card, then after hrs of being transferred back and forth and disconnected from the customer service rep said there was funds attempted to load emerald card but didn't go thru insuffeint funds they told me that i was trying to transfer funds to my emerald from some unknown source, but i never did and don't have any bank account linked to emerald, i said i want to report fraud because the funds were never added to my emerald card just taken out of my account $400. Then when i asked to file a fraud claim and dispute the $400 that was stolen from my account, the customer service rep said i bet it was a family member that made that transfer then laughed and hung up, i calld back for 3 more days to file a fraud claim and dispute the unauthorized $400 transfer with no luck emerald card reps wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor or file a fraud claim/report they no joke keep disconnecting the line every time . i submitted a written request, but still haven't heard anything back and I'm still out my $400!!!
