Electronic key pad failed and they couldn’t care less
bought electronic wallsafe in nov 2011; it was installed in early 2012. it was fine until the batteries died. i went to change the battery and it is completely dead. they told me it is beyond warranty - but how are you to know that changing the battery will kill the mechanism until you need to change the battery? they told me that i could return the safe to them (at my cost) for repair (again, my cost) or get a locksmith (my cost). try taking a safe out of the wall for returning! tech person wouldn't let me talk to the owner - said he'd give him my message but he wouldn't ever call me back. and he never did. don't buy from these people!!!! don't buy the WES2113-B safe!
