I signed up for Eldercare a few days ago. I provided the requested donation. I got a code. Then I proceeded to look over the volunteers. I picked two of the six volunteers using Elder helpers. They have not answered my phone messages. I am puzzled by the two names for this organization. I signed in to Eldercare.org but the volunteers were listed under Elder helpers. Why two different names? I am 85 years old and I am disabled.
