I was charged $119.99 for my canva account and I have a canva for education account that is supposed to be FREE!! I called twice, once I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours with no answer. The second time I called, I was on hold for 4 hours and was disconnected after the 4 hour hold, still without talking to anyone. I still havent received a refund for my charge and still have yet to get in contact with anyone.
