Purchased a flight with edreams for May 2020, the airline was SA Airways, the flight was cancelled due to Covid, been trying to get a refund from edreams and they keep saying refund in process . When I contacted SA airways they say they have not been contacted by edreams as there would have been a RA number sent to edreams - edreams has no idea what a RA number is because they have no intention of refunding any of their clients - they are a scam. Please assist.
