Hi, Saturday evening I picked up the my rental car at GOLDCAR (Bergamo airport). The experience was awful. At the reception desk I was met by an very arrogant staff from GOLDCAR. When she checked my documents (driver licens and credit card) she said that they could not accept my credit card because my given name was missing on the card. She gave me two options 1) Pay an extra insurance of 254 EUR to reduce my risk to 0 EUR or 2) try to find a another rental car at another provider. I decided option 1 because my family was waiting and I did not want to spend my time to find another car. My question: I do not feel that I have been treated well. Is it OK that GOLDCAR requires the extra insurance to let me pick up the car? If yes, please refer to the contract details. Br. Henrik
