I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Blazer from Earnhardt Chevrolet at 2121 N Arizona Avenue, Chandler AZ on August 30, 2020. I transferred the license and registration from my trade in to the new Blazer. They held $602.32 for the license and registration even though they knew that my existing plates were almost new. After several weeks I had not received a refund of the difference so I called them and was told they would mail it. After several more weeks went by and I still had not received a check I called again and told them why I was calling. I was put on hold and no one ever came back on the line. I am asking for your assistance to help me get this money refunded. I don't have the capability to attach a copy of the contract.
