My parcel has been duplicated by this disgusting company. A different item, label and packaging was delivered to my buyer but with my barcode and tracking number on it. The label it completely different to the one I put on my parcel. I cannot call you as you dont have a number. The live chat is automated so how will that help anyone. I have contacted you via Facebook. Seeing your reviews I now realise how much of a diabolical company you are. You steal from innocent people you are a disgrace!!
