Duplicate Order placed, no confirmation, charged me $750 shipping fee for the item I never ordered or received

I purchased a vanity using amazon payment. They placed a duplicate order using my amazon email for which I never received a confirmation. They also don't charge until they ship the product. When I called and reported that I didn't want the second order and never placed it, they charged me $750 for the vanity that was supposedly shipped back to them, that's almost 1/3 of what I paid for the vanity and shipping. Customer Service is beyond rude, they are arrogant and are yelling at customers. It's not uncommon for this company to mess up orders and blame the customer for it, it's their regular practice, I learned that much from the reviews.
