Notified of discontinuation of service with no assistance in transitioning or referrals to other Durable Medical Equipment companies. Threatening to pull all equipment and stop supplies whether or not we can find another company. Patient has a trach and is on a ventilator living in his own apartment inclusive in community and pulling all his equipment without another Durable Medical Equipment company picking up the case will cause him to have to be hospitalized/live in a Nursing Home. User's recommendation: Do not use this company. This patient was with them 32 years and they made a lot of money and now are dumping him.
