For 2 years now I have had DS Services delivering my water. for the first year I notice they were giving me purified instead of spring. Eveyrtime I called about this, they said the change had been made. It never was... so fina;lly I decided I was going to have this corrected on way or another. Well, they did. BHowever, they started charging me $3.00 more per bottole. This was even higher than the amount listed on the web site. When I confronted them about it (again repeatedly) they finally matched the web site price but not the price I from the original contract. They claimed because prices have changed. See below I have included 3 screen shots of my invoice. The invoices make little sense and every month my bills get higher and higher. They have no explanation since I order the same thing (2 bottles) every month. Now I'm seeing a lot of complaints online all saying the same thing. I'm not playing this game. I want my money back. They can do it or I'll sue and the judge can do it.
