I had lakes electronics come out to repair my Samsung drier, which was not working correctly. Lakes sent out a Technician named Lance B. this Technician explained in detail the operation of the dryer and what need to get fix the discreptancy. He changed out the main board that controls the dryer. we did a Operational check and all system operate normal. the Technician was Great and the time he took to fix this issue was Very Quik. I had previous Technician come out to do repairs and the quality of their work was very poor. No knowledge of the system or equiptment they had to trubleshoot with.
