I was on my second visit fir this year when I guess I answered on of the questions wrong. Was sent to talk to medical. She then called in head nurse asked what medications I was on and because I didnt realize that they didnt have Bufornophen listed she said I deceived them even though I told them when asked. The head nurse differed me for life. And looked at me like I was a needle using junkie instead of someone that had back surgery in 2013 and after it wanting to take pain pills was put on suboxin / subutex .. I dont think she was fair
