Reference Ticket [protected] I joined a free trial in March 21 which I cancelled within the required timeframe. Cancellation of my account is confirmed in email 2/3/21 yet I continue to be charged $30.79 per month. I have been trying to communicate with Drop box support, but have been taken round and round in circles through their help/support system.
