Ordered a pair of drones. Total was 109.00. After several requests for order updates, and responses similar to 'your order will be processed very soon'...I recieved this email... You are receiving this email because you made a recent order at our website, myhandy360.com. Regretfully, we will not be able to fulfil your order. When you submitted your payment, including the money added to your order for shipping and handling, the funds were received by our merchant account provider, PayPal. Unfortunately, as of September 8th 2016, Paypal decided to close our account and restricted access to our funds. This means that while thousands of orders are packaged and ready to go, it is not possible for us to ship them. Because of this restriction from PayPal, we are also unable to process any refunds. In order to receive a full refund for your purchase, we believe the most efficient course of action would be for you to submit a dispute or chargeback directly with PayPal, your Bank, Or Credit Card Issuer.
