Drivers not finishing trips when they have ended.

Had a few drivers not ending trip. Last trip was 7 dollars more than it should have been. Tried to complain they dismissed it. I use them 10 plus times a week. The customer service is terrible. Said he dropped me to a different location than he did. He must have changed it. So basically really bad service. Will use another company as I do not trust them accessing my bank account and taking more than quoted. User's recommendation: Uber or didi.
