Delivery driver said he could deliver due to no access, which is utter garbage, I'd been tracking the delivery since 8.30am and by 10am they couldn't deliver, I was open and there were no restrictions to access. I spoke to the most pathetic customer service agent who basically didn't care, worst service ever would not recommend to anyone User's recommendation: Don't bother using.
