Hello, I ordered 1 impossible burger with everything plus extra pickles/onions. It took at least 10 minutes to receive order and I did not check order until a couple of minutes later. The burger was cold, bun was hard and the only ingrediants were 2 pickles. The traffic was quite heavy, I was unable to turn around and would like to know how to get a refund? Thank you, Jane Sablich
