I bought a dress for a photoshoot on October 8th, 2019. Today is ONE MONTH later and I still have not received my dress. I have 7 emails back and forth saying I would get it in 2-3 days (!!), they sent me and invalid tracking number. I have asked for a refund on 10/29 as I have no need for the dress now and I still have no dress and no money. They sent me a tracking number for an item (I do not believe it was my dress) that said the item was "delivered to an individual" in Rowland Heights, California!!! I live in Tennessee! I'll NEVER buy anything from this ridiculous company!!!
