We have just moved, I lost one pair reading glasses and broke other Pair, my older pairs one broken other nose oieces gel gone When I got to pier avenue store in Clacton I was in lot of pain as had major back surgery in 2017 I could barely walk or stand as move has made it lot worse, A very rude women not sure Her name but I got a photo of her,, pretty well told me to get lost as I didn’t have appt. I had. No idea I needed one for maintenance As been getting my glasses there for years they usually very helpful She kept me standing on street while,she argued with me I said can you at least replace nose pieces so I have on pair twice she shouted they will,be the same, At this point I was in tears my back so painful So I just grabbed a seat, Then another lady recognised us And came over and sorted it for me said pop back In 20 minutes I will repair one or and do nose pieces a lovely girl maybe called Emma I think she was pregnant, My husband just retired from boots as pharmacist and I like the ophthalmologist Daryl there. However I was left pretty shaken by this dreadful woman, At moment I am going to scrivener opticians IN Dovercourt They could teach boots a thing or two, They are pleasant, hand gel and wipes are avsilalble none is shouted at to go out How dreadful this was, I only bought these glasses. After Xmas and paid for extra cover So that made it worse. Imthiughtbyiunwould want to be aware of this appalling woman.
