Dreadful communication with Loan Care

I have tried all day to access my account on Loan Care's website. It keeps telling me Sign-in failed, then sends me an email to unlock my account which DOES NOT WORK! There is a telephone # for customer service but no human answers - it has a menu option but none of them applies to my subject. So frustrating. Totally unprofessional in this day and age to have a website that is useless. User's recommendation: don't ever try to contact Loan Care. No one answers their phone.
