My autistic son plays dragon city, I completed one of the tasks to reward him gems - this was by subscribing to and depositing £10 to Foxy Bingo.. after 7 days I had not received anything and still have not. This has been ongoing for almost 6 weeks. I have sent in proof of deposit and what was asked of me. I have had to purchase gems for my son who does not understand why he hasn't had them It feels like a big scam. I want the gems I was entitled to and further goodwill for having to constantly chase the useless service desk who have done nothing
