Over the past several months I have been seeing a neurologist in Traverse City, Michigan by the name of Dr. Craig Keusel for chronic headaches the onset of which coincide with a head and neck injury sustained in January 2019. None of the meager treatment he has given has helped and in fact has made matters worse while he refuses to do anything but increase the dosage of medication that obviously does not work while also advising continued physical therapy which has made matters worse. He has also seen to it that I only have access to his medical assistant and will not answer any questions in person which makes it impossible to express my experiences firsthand. To the best of my knowledge he is still billing Medicaid for these non visits.
